Friday's Fresh Catch

July 30, 2021

Greetings we made through a very warm week and hopefully the heat wave will break this weekend?

I really came across some really nice Blue Crabs this week, and still have a few to sell. They are nice and heavy! It’s been a awful season however, I’m finding some really nice crabs.

Scallop prices continue to rise along with other crustaceans, and I don’t see any relief in sight?

WILD ALASKAN SALMON SPREAD IS BACK! I truly apologize for the inconvenience however, transportation is at a deadlock.

Friday’s Fresh Catch,

*means limited

*Hawaiian Bigeye Tuna

Alaskan Halibut

*Triggerfish “Triggerfish is not limited in flavor. The clean white meat that tastes similar to sweet crab meat when cooked will bring a lot of depth and flavor to your fish recipes. The sweetness is somewhat similar to grouper and a slightly more shellfish-y.”

Caribbean Mahi Mahi-mahi

*Swordfish

Maryland Rockfish

Cold water Scallops

Argentinian Red/Pink Shrimp

Texas Supreme Shrimp

Pickford’s Crab Cakes

21 day dry aged beef “local”

I look forward to seeing you soon, ohh by the way I will be having a wine tasting Saturday, July 31st. Please come by and sample some wonderful wine to pair with your seafood, beef or anything else you may come across.

Best-

Will Pickford
