Pickford has waited just long enough to begin bringing in #1 FRESH LIVE MALE BLUE CRABS! Thursday, June 5th. Pickford will not be taking preorders, because only one bushel was ordered. Pickford will begin steaming around 11:30, and it takes 25 minutes to steam the Blue Crabs, then they must be shocked off to stop the cooking process. This takes about another 10 minutes. Please allow me an hour to get this process going.
